1. General Dashboard - Bar Graph & Donut graph:
Enhanced graphical representation in the general dashboard with Bar and Donut graphs showing the percentage of SLA breached, Scheduled, or Completed tasks. The tasks are color-coded for better clarity. Drill down to view the work order details as per priority. New filters added to narrow down and view information at task level.
2. Maintenance Dashboard Reports:
Maintenance dashboard includes new graph to visualize different KPI metrics like downtime hours, preventive, planned vs actual and breakdown trends.
3. New PDF Report:
Collated single PDF with updated design for the default WorkOrder and Preventive report with detailed information on labor cost, inventory cost, details task carried over from technician to approval.
4. Request Key:
Request key feature added to format work order numbers giving a clear information on the number of work orders generates per month, year etc. Option to reset work order numbers also provided for easy tracking of the requests on daily, monthly, and yearly basis.

We used many maintenance CMMS and only in Cryotos is functionality to build your own workflows for work orders and scheduled maintenance. With this CMMS we not need some separate analyzing system like Power Bi, Cryotos have already built-in Metabase system where we can easily build reports and visualizations for reports.
