1. Digital Signature
The end user can upload their digital signature on their profile, which will help the operation manager to approve work orders with their signature.
2. Granular Access Permissions in User Group:
New permissions to allow a more granular access module to the Pending Maintenance screen for Raised PMs & PM Lists have been introduced in the User group
3. Landing Page Filter
Work Request list module has been modified to include a landing page filter, allowing the operation team head to view the "Yet to be converted as WO" list by default. They can then filter by any other status to see all their tasks for the day.
4. Customizable Description Fields-Work In Progress
There is now a provision to select more customizable fields in the dashboard, which will allow users to download details like CaseNo, Description, and other key work order details, which also allows them to drill down to the issue in question.
5. Automatic Work Request Exceeds the Thresholds Value
Automatic Work Requests can be generated based on thresholds set up in the meter reading module to help users run conditional maintenance.

We used many maintenance CMMS and only in Cryotos is functionality to build your own workflows for work orders and scheduled maintenance. With this CMMS we not need some separate analyzing system like Power Bi, Cryotos have already built-in Metabase system where we can easily build reports and visualizations for reports.
