1. Workflow wise navigation bar:
We've added a Navigation Bar to our work order section, making it simpler to find specific checklists for your work orders. You can use the Navigation Bar to quickly locate the checklist you need, saving you time and enhancing workflow efficiency.
I. Items in the navigation bar are pinned according to both hierarchy and direct access.
II. In the hierarchy, Workflow names are displayed along with their corresponding workflow group names in the navigation bar.
III. Users can directly access specific tasks or categories with a single click in the navigation bar.
2. Force Close - work orders/schedule maintenance:
Previously, to complete any task, it was necessary to fully fill out all associated forms before closing the task. However, with the latest release, tasks can now be closed even without completing all the forms.
3. Download Option Limited to Only 1000 Records:
Previously, the download options allowed users to download all records simultaneously, leading to system slowdowns and various performance issues.
To address this, the functionality has been modified. Now, users can download up to 1000 records at a time. If access to all master information is needed, filters can be applied to facilitate segmented downloads of the records. Should users find this option challenging, they are encouraged to contact the support team for further assistance.
This adjustment significantly improves the application's performance, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.
The best thing about Cryotos CMMS software is that it always tells me when something needs to be fixed - before it breaks and cost me a fortune!
The software is very user-friendly, and even if I don't know how to do something, the support team is always there to help me out.
Most importantly, unlike other such software, Cryotos is editable and hence the user can modify how the software works as per their need, we made several changes in the workflow & flowchart with the help of development team.

We used many maintenance CMMS and only in Cryotos is functionality to build your own workflows for work orders and scheduled maintenance. With this CMMS we not need some separate analyzing system like Power Bi, Cryotos have already built-in Metabase system where we can easily build reports and visualizations for reports.
