1. Customizable - Work Request Email Notification
Create customizable email templates to send emails to customers (persons who raised requests) and assignees (persons who work on a request) when a work request is created or closed.
Steps 1:
Go to the Email builder and choose the template under work request email notification.
Steps 2:
New templates can be created using the below format.Dear Sir/Madam,
A work request {{workRequestId}} has been created on {{createdOn}} by {{raisedBy}} in the location {{locationName}} .
Associated details are as follows.
Description: {{workRequestDescription}}
Asset Name: {{assetName}}
Customer: {{raisedBy}}
Contact Number: {{workRequestContactNumber}}

2. Introduced Workflow Category
Use the newly introduced “Workflow category” option in Cryotos to distinguish the current stage of the workflow process. Eg. A typical work order will go through various stages like review by the manager, approval by the vendor manager, pending with the accountant to release payment, etc.
Monitor the work done by a group and view granular level data in the dashboard and reports using the Workflow Category option which is available on demand. Please contact the Cryotos support team for further details.
3. Business Intelligence – Dashboard
View BI dashboard in Cryotos with the click of a button. Cryotos has integrated BI dashboards for the convenience of the customers. You can also customize the BI dashboards as per your needs. This feature is, however, available only for the premium clients of Cryotos. Please contact the Cryotos support team to enable the Business Intelligence dashboard for your organization.

5. Predefine – Workflow Template
Industry-wise workflow template introduced in Cryotos. Create a new workflow from scratch or use one from the predefined templates for faster processing.
6. Introduced Audit Field in Workflow
Along with customization checklist fields, Cryotos brings a new Audit field to mark YES/NO/NA & PASS/FAIL/NA options. Also included a Notes field for adding additional comments/feedback.
7. Added Extra Settings in Text Input and Text Area Field
The best thing about Cryotos CMMS software is that it always tells me when something needs to be fixed - before it breaks and cost me a fortune!
The software is very user-friendly, and even if I don't know how to do something, the support team is always there to help me out.
Most importantly, unlike other such software, Cryotos is editable and hence the user can modify how the software works as per their need, we made several changes in the workflow & flowchart with the help of development team.

We used many maintenance CMMS and only in Cryotos is functionality to build your own workflows for work orders and scheduled maintenance. With this CMMS we not need some separate analyzing system like Power Bi, Cryotos have already built-in Metabase system where we can easily build reports and visualizations for reports.
