Single Sign-On (SSO) is a convenient and secure method that allows you to access multiple applications using a single set of credentials. This means you only need to log in once to access all your connected applications.
Seamless Access: Log in to Cryotos CMMS using your Microsoft account without the need for separate credentials.
Improved Security: Reduces the risk of unauthorized access by minimizing the number of passwords you need to manage.
Centralized Management: Manage user access and permissions through your existing Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD).
Better User Experience: Provides a seamless and convenient login process.
Cryotos CMMS has integrated Microsoft's SSO technology to provide a streamlined login experience for our users. This means you can use your existing Microsoft account to access your Cryotos CMMS account.
Access Cryotos CMMS: Visit the Cryotos CMMS login page.
Click the Microsoft Login Button: You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
Enter your Microsoft Credentials: Log in using your Microsoft account credentials.
Grant Access: Authorize Cryotos CMMS to access your Microsoft account information.
Access Cryotos CMMS: Once authorized, you will be automatically logged in to your Cryotos CMMS account.
To use SSO, you will need a Microsoft account. This can be a personal account or a work account provided by your organization. Ensure you are using a supported web browser for optimal performance.
Configuring Azure Single Sign-On (SSO) for Cryotos involves a series of steps that ensure seamless integration and secure access management. Follow the steps below to configure Azure SSO for Cryotos:
Open your web browser and navigate to the Azure Portal.
Sign in using your Azure account credentials.
Select and click on Microsoft Entra ID.
Select Enterprise applications.
Click on New application.
Select Non-gallery application.
Enter a name for the application (e.g., "Cryotos") and click Add.
Select the checkbox (Consent on behalf of your organisation)
Click Accept Button
In Azure AD, go back to the Cryotos application.
Click on Users and groups.
Click Add user/group, select the users or groups to assign to Cryotos, and click Assign.
